I ordered one item on 11/26. With the Prime benefit, I would have got it by 11/28 as described in the website. However, by 11/30. Called back, they said the item was lost in their warehouse. They issued one replacement and ship with one day priority. By 12/2. I have not received as well. Called back and they apologized for the lost item again.
They made another replacement (second time) and promised to have it delivered by 12/3. By 12/5. I called the carrier, they said, they never got the package with the tracking number.
Well, I talked to amazon customers 4 times and all the times they don't really care about customers. That is weird.
Don't know what the next steps are.
